Customers have the option of having their purchases printed on either glossy or matte high-quality
photo paper.
ORDERING
We accept payments using PayPal. We accept electronic checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, and bank transfer payments. To place an order, use our shopping cart 'add to cart'
buttons found on each gallery page. Once you have completed shopping simply check out by
clicking on the 'view cart' shopping cart button at the top of the page and you will be brought to a
secure shopping cart page hosted by PayPal. You will be able to edit the quantity and style of
items you wish to purchase. You do not need to create a PayPal account to use this service. On the
main checkout page, simply click "I do not have a PayPal account" if you wish to use a credit card. If
you wish to use your PayPal account, then log in to your account from this screen.
Please allow a maximum of one week to process your order. Once an order is processed, a
confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
SHIPPING
Shipping is based on your final order total (please see details below). We cannot deliver to post office
boxes. Please provide us with a street address. All shipments are sent via USPS (United States Postal
Service) and are insured.

$100.01 - $200.00 - $12.00
$200.01 - and up - $15.00 (if weight of shipment exceeds fee, appropriate fee shall apply)
Shipping time estimates after processing your order:
- 1-2 weeks within North America and Canada
- 3-5 weeks Internationally
RETURNS
Returns are accepted on all items within 30 days for a full refund. All returned items must include
original packing materials and the merchandise must be in saleable condition. There will be no
reimbursement of shipping charges to or from Heatherleaves.com. Please email customer service at
customerservice@heatherleaves.com before making your return. Upon receipt of the shipment,
Heatherleaves.com will contact you by email to confirm your payment credit.
DAMAGES/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your purchase and its packaging within 48 hours of receipt. If for some reason there
should be damage or a defect, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the situation
ASAP. Please email customer service at customerservice@heatherleaves.com to report the problem.
