All of my drawings are available as prints.
SIZES AND FEES
4" x 6" - $25
8 1/2" x 11" - $40
11" x 14" - $50
Customers have the option of having their purchases printed on either glossy or matte high-quality
photo paper.
ORDERING
We accept payments using PayPal. We accept electronic checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, and bank transfer payments via PayPal. To place an order, email your requested print size
and paper quality to heather@heatherleaves.com. You will be sent an invoice of your order which
shall be prepaid using your PayPal account.
Please allow a maximum of one week to process your order after payment has been received.
SHIPPING
Shipping is based on your final order total (please see details below). We cannot deliver to post office
boxes. Please provide us with a street address. All shipments are sent via USPS (United States Postal
Service) and are insured.

$25.00 - $100.00 - $8.00
$100.01 - $200.00 - $12.00
$200.01 - and up - $15.00 (if weight of shipment exceeds fee, appropriate fee shall apply)
Shipping time estimates after processing your order:
- 1-2 weeks within North America and Canada
- 3-5 weeks Internationally
RETURNS
Returns are accepted on all items within 30 days for a full refund. All returned items must include
original packing materials and the merchandise must be in saleable condition. There will be no
reimbursement of shipping charges to or from Heatherleaves.com. Please email customer service at
customerservice@heatherleaves.com before making your return. Upon receipt of the return
shipment, Heatherleaves.com will contact you by email to confirm your payment credit.
DAMAGES/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your purchase and its packaging within 48 hours of receipt. If for some reason there
should be damage or a defect, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the situation.

PRIVACY POLICY
Heatherleaves.com or its affiliates will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email
address, home or business address or any other personal information to any third party.
